Batter & Breading Systems: We work with world-class producers to custom blend SEASONINGS, SPICES, MARINADES, BATTERS, and BREADERS for application with foods such as fried chicken, pork cutlets, beef, vegetables and cheese snacks.

Chocolate Products: We offer an extensive range of ready-made, high-quality chocolate powders, flakes, and chips for the production of confections, baked goods, beverages, cereals, puddings, ice creams and candies. Color, flavor, fat content, and physical characteristics can be adjusted to meet any application.

Dairy and Egg Products:

Our DAIRY ingredients, such as Nonfat Dry Milk Powders, Whole Milk Powders, Sweet Cream Buttermilk Powders, Cultured Buttermilk Powders and Cheeses, provide a source of calcium, protein, and phosphates for building healthy bone mass. Another popular item is Butter Buds, an all-natural, heat-stable dairy concentrate, which provides the attributes of butter, cream and cheese, while minimizing fat and cholesterol. It is used as a masking agent, restores fatty flavor for a rich background note, improves mouth-feel and allows clean label declaration.

Our EGG based items provide wide processing capabilities by using powdered, liquefied and frozen forms of egg whites, yolks and whole eggs.

Flavors: We work with major USA flavor labs to supply standard or customized flavors (natural, artificial, or N/A combination) in various fold concentrations for any food application, including beverages, ice cream, snacks, candies, coffee beans, biscuits and baked goods.

Equipment: We can meet all your equipment needs ranging from simple R&D equipment and test-kitchen appliances to major processing and baking systems including production controls, mass-volume batch or continuous mixers, extruders, sheeters, laminators, depositors, cutters, fillers, conveyors, fryers, cookers, multi-stage and multi-heat source ovens, dryers, glazers, proofers, seasoning applicators, product handlers and packagers.

Freeze-Dried Products: Using the world's best freeze drying technology, we offer a wide range of freeze dried fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry, seafood, and cheeses. They are available in various particle sizes and powders, to meet our customer's needs for producing instant meals, soups, snacks, cereals, bakery products, and ice creams. Freeze-Dried Products provide attributes such as extending shelf life, enhancing appearance and color, preserving freshness, adding flavor and providing texture.

Fruits & Vegetables: These items are available in flakes, powders, flours, concentrates, extracts, pastes, seeds and purees for application in candies, beverages, ice creams, yogurts, bakery items and jams.

Functional Ingredients:

- Fruitrim & EnergySmart: These products are a combination of naturally occurring fruit and grain sugars, plus specially developed medium and long-chain carbohydrates. These provide natural humectancy, have low-water activity, significantly extend shelf life and can be used to replace fat or refined sugar in a wide variety of foods, including bakery, confection, candy, beverages and snack items. Fruitrim also acts as an excellent, economic ground-meat extender, which improves production yields and boosts profits. EnergySmart is proven to deliver longer-lasting energy and will not stimulate a hypoglycemic response.

- Gelatin: Gelatins allow a wide application as a functional ingredient to gel, thicken, stabilize, emulsify, bind, film and aerate. Our Gelatins, produced in modern GMP facilities, are guaranteed to be of consistent high quality, meet all recognized international food standards and regulations, and be competitively priced.

- HVP (Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein): We offer an assortment of over 120 different HVPs, including Beef, Chicken, Savory, Bacon, Soy Sauce, and Smoked Ham, which allow you to economically develop a unique flavor profile that differentiates you from your competition. - Yeast: Make a quality difference in your formulations using fortified and non-fortified nutritional yeast, organically-bound mineral yeast and blended mineral yeast, which contribute high quality protein, essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals and more to your products. Liquid, Powder, and Spray-Dried forms are available in natural, natural & artificial, and artificial forms and also come in assorted flavors for convenience of application in bakery, beverage, candy, dairy, and other foods.

Grains/Meals/Flours: We can meet all your wheat, oat, rice, barley and corn flour/meal needs and even custom mill and blend formulas for breading, baking, confections, biscuit, cereal and snack food applications. Products are tested and certified Non-GMO.

Ice Cream Inclusions: Using our inclusions of syrups, nuts, candies, fruits, cereals, flavor islands and cookie bits, customers can create unique flavors and blends of ice cream.
